구는 "지난 4일 현재 강남구의 신청률은 88%인데, 정보 접근성이 낮은 고립·고령가구 중에는 신청하지 못한 주민이 있을 것으로 보고 기존 복지 서비스를 활용해 소비쿠폰 사용을 돕겠다는 것"이라고 설명했다.
우선 AI 기반의 '스마트 안부확인서비스'를 통해 2천170명에게 주 1~2회 자동 음성 전화를 걸어 소비쿠폰 신청과 사용 정보를 안내한다.
또 우리동네돌봄단이 돌봄 대상자 중 스마트 안부확인서비스와 중복되지 않는 1천282명에게 전화나 방문을릴게임예시
통해 알려준다.
아울러 월평균 3천500명이 이용하는 '스마트복지관'의 디지털 안내 시스템(팝업·배너 등)도 활용해 관련 정보를 제공한다고 구는 말했다.
